This pen can be easily used by just adding water. When the water dries, the colours disappear and the book pages can be painted again and again. All we request you is, not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.
Bring it to our notice immediately with the necessary evidences like a picture of product with its packaging, an unboxing video and youri invoice copy.

Refund will be initiated when:
The supplier does not have the same product or sizes available with them, for the exchange you proposed.
If the supplier is out of stock with the product, you purchased.
You receive goods in damaged condition and you have evidence to prove it.
