Delivery Timelines: When an order is received, the vendor packs the product within 2 business days. Timelines will vary for products that need to be pre-ordered or customised. Our logistics partners are notified once the product is ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from the vendor and dispatch it to customer’s location. The general timeline for delivery after pickup is 3-4 days.

Shipping Charges: We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight and distance to the destination.
