Dear Customers,

Pracol gives you an option to return or exchange a purchased product within a period of 10 days of receiving the same.

Goods will be exchanged or returned only  when:

1. You receive it in a damaged condition, an evidence  in the form of a video or picture is needed here.
2. You receive a product which has crossed the expiry date.
3. When you receive an entirely mismatched  product,  from what  you ordered.

All we request you is, not to use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.

Bring it to our notice immediately with the necessary  evidences like  a picture of product with its  packaging, an unboxing  video  and youri invoice copy.

Refund will be initiated when:

1. The supplier does not have the same product or sizes available with them, for the exchange you proposed.
2. If the supplier is out of stock with the product, you purchased.
3. You  receive  goods in  damaged condition and you have evidence to prove it.

Disclaimer:- Returned products shouldn't have any visible signs of wear and tear or usage.
